Catherine is an occupational therapist, yogi and academic with a passion for natural and accessible avenues to optimal wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting others to create lives full of meaning, joy, connection and health. To achieve this Catherine believes it is essential to consider and address the many different and interconnected aspects of the human and so considers clients through a holistic lens.
When working with Catherine you can expect her to bring her years of experience to the table, in a compassionate way that is tailored for you. Developing a strong therapeutic relationship is a key aspect of her work. She will craft a bespoke treatment path for clients using her unique skill set, and by integrating her knowledge of a range of scientifically supported techniques.
Catherine has experienced the transformative power of occupation in her own life, using many of the principles and techniques she now shares with others. She believes in “walking her talk” and is a passionate sea swimmer, bare foot walker, nature lover and yogi. You can often find her engaging in these activities somewhere round Ireland in a campervan.
